I don't even like my 2002. I'll miss my Sonata more than the 2002.

You're the third person this week to admit that they don't like their universally liked classic car, and the second 2002 owner.

Maybe they're not so liked as we thought.

To me it's a rusty ol' waste of garage space, and a complete money pit. I also think they are absurdly overrated, and really, nothing more than a fancy Datsun.

Meh. I like the styling and the bigass steering wheel, but everything else screams THIS CAR IS WOEFULLY OUTDATED to me

some cars take a hold of you in ways others can't - and vice versa. I miss my SHOs and I liked them more than I like my 530i - another "perfect" driver's car

I wouldn't throw a turbo out of bed...but an even bigger moneypit with the relative rarity of parts.

Sometimes the "idea" of a car is better than the actual ownership of a car.

Amen. I'm thinking right now I should have listened to my parents and kept my money in the bank.

Is it your only car? Would seem modern compared to my 51 pickup. Which WOULD get old as an everyday car.

Well now you have a story to tell and can cross "vintage BMW" off your bucket list of cars to own. You should get a GTI next. :)

Hell no. If I have a say (which I may not, due to budgetary concerns) I'm going with a Mini next.

Speaking of Mini (sort of) did you know you can get an Abarth for like 8 grand off sticker? Check out Fiat of Maple Shade.

This hurts! Well, money pit... What did you pay for it? They rust a lot, that's a fact.

That's 'coz it is woefully outdated. It's a car from the late '60/early '70s.
Some people like that, but it's not for everybody. No shame in that :)
